I guess the red shoes are used. I saw them at Germany’s next Topmodel by Heidi Klum. a Model had to wear it for a fotoshoot.

WOW they look uncomfortable… but WOW!!!
In pointe shoes you are pushed over more, on to the front of the tip of your toes, but this is basically how the foot goes.
actually in pointe shoes you’re not supposed to be going over the box more than that; it’s supposed to be even, not more worn on the front or back.
