Martin Luther King Jr.

As we mark the 40th anniversary of his assasination we remember the life of Martin Luther King Jr. and what it was that he did to make it possible for an African America to be running for President of the United States.

This is a clip of his somewhat prophetic last speech the night before he was gunned down outside his hotel.

One Response to Martin Luther King Jr.

  1. Deb says:

Dr. Martin Luther King was truly a wonderful leader for the African American people. There has never been another like him. What people forget about Dr. King is that he did as much for white women and lower economical whites as he did for African Americans. Which is why in 2008 we not only can have Barack Obama running but Hilary Clinton.
